"Highly disappointed in this company. Yes they give the lowest rates. Every time I call to pay my bill it’s always someone different on the phone. Small office 2 people. They can never tell the difference between my insurance and my wife’s. I thought I had a 10 day grace period but nooo. Under the new policy it is no more and they didn’t let me know. 😡 I will be looking elsewhere for insurance. I’ve been with State Farm for over 50 years. They don’t even send insurance cards when they are supposed to. I have to call them."

"I called Mr Enriquez' office to get quotes on auto and home insurance since my current rates increased drastically and Ms Jessica happened to answer the phone and what a blessing she was! Not only did she find awesome rates but her enthusiasm and wonderful personality over the phone was an instant good feeling!
